Formerly in the collection of Gwenda Davies, Altadena, California. Gwenda Davies was head of the Education Department of the Pasadena Art Museum (later the Norton Simon Museum), and acquired these sheets in the mid-1960s, when von Huene offered instruction in drawing there.
